Spring or autumn seasons are the best time to do the Annapurna Base Camp Trek. Nepal’s spring season runs from March to May, while the autumn season runs from September to December. You can choose to do the trip any moment of the year, however, and we’ll organize it for you. It is a mild trekking trip in the same fashion, and as stated, it can be done by anyone. You don’t need any prior trekking experience to do this to enumerate it.

DAY 01: ARRIVE KATHMANDU, NEPAL

You will be welcomed by one of the officials of our company upon your arrival. He’ll assist your transfer to your Kathmandu lodging. Today there are no scheduled events, so you can rest and get your bearings at the hotel. Further plans and programs about the journey will also be briefed to you by the official.


Day 02 - Fly to Pokhara (910m/2985ft) 25-min then trek to Tikhe Dhunga (1495m/49035ft) Duration: 5 hrs

Pokhara provides beautiful views of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhre, five Annapurna mountains and more. Many Pokhara lakes offer fishing, boating and swimming, the city itself is famous as a lake city. Pokhara is located in the center of Nepal, located in a beautiful natural heritage region. The valley is packed with beautiful vegetation, swift rivers running and transparent, sparkling lakes littered. It is one of Nepal’s major town. To provide a ideal gateway from the cities ‘ chaotic lives. Pokhara is the privileged with one of the world’s most spectacular sceneries. A 140 Km Panorama consisting of majestic peaks of the Himalayas seen close enough to be touched on a clear day. If Kathmandu is Nepal’s culture hub, then the adventure center is Pokhara.

From Pokhara, we will drive through the big village of Lumle to Nayapul (42 km) by car / taxi and hike to Birethanti, a large and prosperous town for about 20 minutes. The route follows Birethanti’s main road, passing through forests of bamboo and past a big waterfall and swimming hole. The route enters Ramghai, beyond a pasture used by pony caravans, where you will have lunch. The path gradually rises up the side of the valley after lunch, approaching Tikhe Dhunga. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included at the guesthouse.

Day 03 - Pokhara to Tikhe Dhunga (1495m/4905ft) Distance: 9 km, Walking Duration: 4 Hours

After breakfast, we ride through the village of Lumle for about an hour to Nayapul (42 km from Pokhara). We will bring a brief trek from here to the lovely prosperous town of Birethanti. The trail passes Birethanti’s main road through completely magnificent bamboo woods and past big waterfalls glimmering with the sun’s ethereal rays. In addition, the beautiful pasture is bespeckled with foals and stallions mostly used by people to pull concrete caravans and carriages. The route remains to Ranghai, from where we will gradually ascend to Tikhedhunga on the valley hand.

Day 04 - Tikhe Dhunga to Ghorepani (2850m/9348ft) Distance: 13 km, Walking Duration: 7 Hours

The road passes a stream from Tikhe Dhunga on a suspended bridge close the Tikhe Dhunga camp site. The trail ascends to the large Magar village of Ulleri at 2080 m a high stone staircase (which has about 3300 steps). The path rises softly across pastures and cultivated areas above the village. There is a rest and water campsite over Ulleri after an hour’s hike. The route runs through two glittering streams before climbing to Nangethanti for a short final climb where we halt for lunch. Thanti is a Nepali term that means "place of rest." The path can be filled with snow during the winter. We will climb from Nangethanti to Ghorepani at 2850 m, from here we can see the spectacular panorama of Dhaulagiri I (8167 m), Tukuche Nilgiri (6940 m), Annapurna I (8091 m), Hiunchuli (6441 m) and Tarke Kang (7193 m). Breakfast, lunch and dinner included at the guesthouse.

Day 05 - Hike to Poonhill then trek to Tadapani (2500m/8200ft) Distance: 9 km, Walking Duration: 6-7 Hours

We are going to get up soon this morning and trek to Poon Hill. From here you'll see a beautiful sunrise view and a panoramic Himalayan scenery including Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Fishtail, and others. We will return to Ghorepani after touring Poonhill, have a warm breakfast, and proceed to walk to Tadapani. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included at the guesthouse.

Day 06 - Tadapani to Chhomrong village (2020m/6625ft) Distance: 8.5 km, Walking Duration: 5 Hours

It is a mild descent from Tadapani through abundant Rhododendron and thick woodlands of oak. And proceed through the riotous forest and woodland as we approach Chommrong, the Gurung people’s village. Chomrong is a gateway to the Sanctuary of Annapurna, mostly populated by Nepal’s indigenous Gurung tribe. We’ll remain there overnight at a lodge and you can enjoy the Gurung community’s hospitality. Look out on your way for distinct species of birds. This path is a famous bird lover destination. It’s renowned for the sighting of exotic birds, and on the way you’re likely to find them chirp.

Day 07 - Chhomrong to Dovan (2600m/8528ft) Distance: 9 km, Walking Duration: 5 Hours

The trail runs down from Chhomrong via 2500 stone steps and crosses the suspension bridge over the Chommrong River. We will then have to climb up on a rocky trail, crossing the beautiful Sinuwa village at 2350 m. Then we pass a beautiful forest at 2380 m to Kuldahar. The check-post for the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) is located here. The trail is a constant simple descent from Dovan where we will stay the night there.

Day 08 - Dovan to Deurali (3200m/10500ft) Distance: 7.8 km, Walking Duration: 4 Hours

We start on a humid trail close to the emerald and jaded bamboo forests, the sweet sound of bamboo branches rustling in the wind offers the soul with aesthetics, and the zenith of blooming Rhododendrons hails our trip to Deurali. We’re going to pass the Himalayan Hotel and walk to Hinko (3020 m), a path surrounded by petrified trees and burnt sienna leaves.

Day 09 - Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp via Machhapuchhre Base Camp (4230 M/13810FT) Distance: 8 km, Walking Duration: 5-6 hours

The trek starts with a smooth ascent through a bank of the river. Then the path climbs steeply to the top of the mountain. We arrive at the Machhapuchhre Base Camp after a steady walk. With Mt. Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Gandharva Chuli and Gangapurna, enjoy the magnificent Machhapuchhre views.

The vegetation is limited on our way to ABC and we lastly arrive at the Annapurna Base Camp after a gentle two-hour uphill climb. You will be in the glorious foothills of the beautiful Mt. Annapurna at 4130 meters. Experience the amazing view of the sun emerging on Annapurna’s near-vertical south side above us from the foothills of the 10th highest mountain in the globe.

We are going to be given the imperial beauty of the snowy mountains, secluded and standing vigil under the sky for endless moment. The massive mountains are a vision to witness, standing above in astronomical proportions. From the base camp, we can savor fascinating views of the Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and other peaks again. Stay at Annapurna Base Camp overnight.

Day 10 - Return from Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2310M/7575FT) Distance: 18 km, Walking Duration: 7 Hours

At this point, going down the same trail that is like a boon to us, we will then hike down to Modi Khola at Bamboo, the elevation falling by 1700 m. The region is surrounded by some cottages and tea-houses, separated from the vastness of the open mountain, welcomed by smooth chilly wind every morning and the vastness of solitary desolation.a

Day 11 - Return from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda Hot Spring (1780M/5840FT) Distance: 12 Kms, Walking Duration: 6 Hours

We will start the day after breakfast with a walk to Chhomrong, going through Kalgidhar where people have set up an experimental sheep farm. The trip is lined with the presence of our national flower, Rhododendrons, blooming in red, yellow and pink colours, in contrast to the grass woods ‘ main glaucous green. The route descends steeply from Chhomrong to the Jhinu Hot spring where you can relax in the completely salubrious hot spring and have an interlude and rejuvenate yourself.

Day 12 - Return from Jhinu Danda to Pokhara

We travel from Jhinu Danda to Siwai on the right side of Modi Khola and then ride  to Pokhara. Today is the hike’s last day. Walking distance, 4.4 km, hiking for 3 hours and driving for 2 hours.

Day 13 - Return back from Pokhara to Kathmandu

We will drive away from Pokhara to Kathmandu, the voyage packed with the ever-diverse and beautiful landscape and topography.

Day 14 - Farewell/Tour Ends

You will be transported to the airport three hours before your scheduled flight by one of the officials from our company, from where you will leave with lovely travel experiences. Including breakfast.
